If you want to dispose of paint cans, please set the cans out to dry first to avoid dripping paint on roadways and customer driveways. Then place the paint can beside tote.
To prevent trash from blowing away when being emptied, try to place all trash in trash bags into totes.
Do not overload dumpster/totes. Overage fees may apply. If you need an extra pick-up or want to make arrangements for pick-up of larger items, please call the office at 419-618-1459. If something is too heavy for one person to pick-up please make our office aware.
Extra bags placed next to your tote will be charged to your next billing cycle. $2 each extra bag.
Residential totes must be placed at curb the night before their trash service day.
If cars or any other object block access to dumpster/tote, your trash will not be dumped on its trash day and a courtesy call will be made.
All objects should be at least 2-3 feet away from dumpster/tote.
All totes should face the street. Lids should open towards the street.
If you need weekly assistance getting your cart to the curb please make our office aware.
If payment is not received within 30 days, only one courtesy call will be made and the dumpster/tote will be removed from customer property. $5 late fee will be applied to all late paid accounts.
