Terms & Conditions

The following household items and hazardous items should NEVER be disposed of in residential totes:
  • Flammable Waste
  • Combustable Materials
  • ​Vehicle Batteries

  • Propane Tanks

  • Fire Extinguishers

  • TV's, Computers, Tablets, Phones

  • Appliances

  • Scrap Steel

  • Full Paint Cans

  • Earth Material

    • brick, dirt, concrete, etc.​

Disposal of any of the above items may result in an additional charge on your account.

​

The following items MAY be disposed of but will result in additional charges to your account:

  • Furniture (call first)

  • Construction debris

    • pieces of wood, carpet, drywall, wiring, metal etc.​

If you have any questions about what may or may not be acceptable in dumpsters, please call 419-618-1459​

​

If you want to dispose of paint cans, please set the cans out to dry first to avoid dripping paint on roadways and customer driveways. Then place the paint can beside dumpster.

​

Do not overload dumpster. Overage fees may apply. If you need an extra pick-up or want to make arrangements for pick-up of larger items, please call the office at 419-618-1459. If something is too heavy for one person to pick-up please make our office aware.

Customer is responsible for and damage made to dumpsters.

​

Extra bags placed next to your dumpster will be charged to your next billing cycle. $2 each extra bag. 

​

If cars or any other object block access to dumpster, your trash will not be dumped on its trash day and a courtesy call will be made. 

​

Extra pick-ups are $50 each pick-up.

 

All objects should be at least 2-3 feet away from dumpster/tote.

​

If payment is not received within 30 days, only one courtesy call will be made and the dumpster/tote will be removed from customer property. $5 late fee will be applied to all late paid accounts.
